Sizing / Materials

All our shirts are 100% cotton. Most are sweatshop-free and are made by American Apparel, but occasionally we work with a different brand of shirt to achieve our intended result. For more info, email us.

For the time being, we only sell women's shirts. No doubt about it, these shirts run small. If you like the look of a rather fitted baby tee, order your normal size. If you prefer a slightly looser fit, order one size up.

Payment

All orders must be made with a credit card through PayPal, a secure online service. It's easy to use, and you don't need to have a paypal account to make a purchase. No personal checks or money orders accepted.

Shipping & Handling

Orders are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail 2-3 business days after they have been received. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Shipping anywhere in the U.S. and Canada costs the same:

Under $25: $4.50
$25 - $49.99: $4.75
$50 - $74.99: $6
$75 - $100: $9
Over $100: Free!
(shipping charges are based on your total before tax.)

International customers: we will ship to you, but please email us first and let us know what exactly what you'd like to purchase. We'll respond with your shipping charges. Please do not use the PayPal checkout process before contacting us.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped within The Golden State, California.

Returns & Exchanges

Merchandise that is unworn and undamaged may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. We will also replace your item if it is defective in any way. For exchanges or store credits, please email us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Sorry, but no refunds are possible. Please remember that many of our items are hand-printed which may result in variations.

Ravenswood reserves the right to refuse orders for any reason. We will never sell your information to a third party.
